Data and Discretion

You can read the guides without creating an account or sharing a gift recipient’s personal details.

Scope and contact

This notice covers trovemuffinorbt.website, published under the name Trove Muffin Orbt. For privacy questions or requests about information you have sent us, contact [email protected]. Please describe your request without sending unnecessary identity documents or sensitive information.

Browsing the site

The editorial pages do not require registration. The site’s own application code does not include advertising trackers, analytics, profiling or a remote form submission service. Images, styles and scripts are requested from the same site rather than embedded third-party media services.

Delivering a website necessarily involves technical connection information. The hosting infrastructure may process information such as an IP address, requested URL, access time, browser details and error records for delivery, security and troubleshooting. This notice does not claim that browsing creates no server-side records.

The local message tool

Text entered on the contact page is processed in the current browser page to generate a preview. The tool does not send that text to us, write it to cookies or store it in localStorage. Browser features, extensions, autofill or session restoration may operate separately from the site.

The Copy action writes the prepared text to your device clipboard when permitted. The Download action creates a plain-text file on your device. Clipboard history, device backups and downloaded files are under your control. Remove copies when they are no longer needed, particularly on shared devices.

If you send an email

Sending email is a separate, deliberate action in your own email service. We then receive the address you send from, the content you include and associated message metadata. We use correspondence to consider your question, respond when appropriate, handle corrections or address privacy and security issues.

Do not send medical records, financial information or private details about a gift recipient. Describing a routine generally does not require a real name, exact location or other identifying information.

Use, access and retention

We do not sell personal information or use gift questions to build advertising profiles. Hosting and email service providers may process technical data or correspondence as needed to provide their services. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to address misuse or security threats.

Correspondence should be retained only as long as needed for the inquiry, associated follow-up and legitimate legal or security requirements. Technical log and backup retention depend on the relevant service infrastructure; no single fixed deletion period is promised here. You may ask about or request deletion of correspondence using the contact address above.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of personal information, or to complain to a competent supervisory authority. Some requests may require proportionate verification and may be subject to lawful exceptions.

Where data protection law requires a lawful basis, responding to a voluntarily submitted inquiry and maintaining site security may rely on legitimate interests, while mandatory retention or disclosure may rely on legal obligations. Any optional storage requiring consent should rely on your choice rather than access to the editorial content.

External links and storage choices

Following an external source link takes you to a separate website with its own policies. Opening an email link invokes your chosen email service. See Cookies for the distinction between the site’s application code, browser storage and any hosting-provided preference controls.

Changes

This notice may be revised when the site’s features or data practices change. Material changes should be reflected here before new optional processing is introduced.
